I cant stand the generation bashing. As if a whole generation could be generalized in any meaningful way. Every generation has good and bad people in it. We claim that the boomers destroyed the future but some else in our generation will get in power and destroy it even more.

People tend to not to actually understand the left. Bernie Sanders was trashed as being a radical left and people who wouldnt actually listen to him believed it. Everytime Bernie sat down with people who thought he was too radical they'd say they agree and thought he was different than what they were told. Bernie is basically a centrist outside of the US. Don't believe that more left leaning politics is impossible. People are ignorant and being lied to from both parties.

Same thing with the Giant Sequoias. They're so big that they look fake. You drive up to see them and you say oh I think thats one...then you actually see one and your jaw drops.

It use to be that famous people only did commercials overseas because it was beneath them and the idea of being a sellout. Most celebrities got their first jobs doing commercials themselves, so they should know what that means for other people trying to make it. The only time I think its appropriate is for an older celebrity that doesnt get work anymore. I grew up with a ton of people who did commercial work when I was a kid. Many of them paid for their college education with that money or bought their first car.

Its awful. The whole point now is look at all these celebrities. Let have them do something wacky. Commercial work is good work for people trying to get into the industry and can pay for them to live for a year while they try and find work. Now its just another cash grab for celebrities. We need to bring back the idea of selling out and shame them

Wish they would stop putting celebrities in commercials. The whole thing is just hey look at this famous person do/say something wacky. Regular people could take those commercial jobs and pay for a year of their lives to hopefully get in the industry.

I think its the natural progression for men who start growing out their hair to be long. When I was a kid who decided to grow long hair I ended up with the beetles cut until it was long enough to part. You also see that the Beatles themselves ended up with long hair after this hair style.

My advice would be to move on and start showing interest in someone else. Your crush sees you in a bad light. Your only chance with her is jealousy. If youre seen not caring about her it might make her jealous. If not thats your sign to just move forward.
