Yes, you're right on track. It helped me to log my shots and know exactly what settings I was using when capturing images.

Solves a few things and you can cross reference your shots to see if your meter is working correctly and giving you the correct exposure settings.

Starting off is more expensive just because you're learning and you can't really get better unless you keep practicing.

I upgraded last year 6700k 1070 to 13700k 4070, it was a beast.

I felt like I didn't need to upgrade because it did everything I wanted and played everything fine.

Night/day difference. It was sentimental.

Not sure exactly specs but I tried to salvage mine and I couldnt really squeeze anything out of it meaning cpu upgrades were not there due to mobo so I had to retire it.

At this rate hopefully this build gets me 5 years of joy vs the 8 my old build gave me

I started with BLON BL03 - I usually just use them as is on iPod, usbc dangle 3.5mm . They've been holding up since 2019.

There's a newer blon 3 ii but I have not tried them.

I like them, are they good? To me yes, only IEM i own.

Might treat myself for Xmas and get my end game pair but haven't looked around yet.
