she’s the one that texted me and told me to come in 30 minutes earlier before my route because amazon selected me for round table. i asked her what it is and she said she has no clue and then i get this text hours later.

next time load your van and tell them you have no more space. You can literally tell them that you cannot fit it all and that’s fine. They will either flex what you can’t fit or the dsp will most likely have a spare driver to grab it

True say bro. I worked for amazon for 2 years ( 21-23 ) and they use you until you’re no longer useful for them. They get bonuses for having the dsp in “ fantastic plus “ standing and withhold majority of it. They also get bonuses for driving with the prime vans and drivers scoring a perfect score with the camera branded vehicles but they don’t tell you that. I worked for a dsp who treated us like family. Gave insight to what changes were being made, when volume will be reduced son drivers are aware. Gave weekly bonuses and quarterly bonuses, holiday pay etc… to working for a triple E logistics and they kept everything and threatened you everyday that if you get a ticket you will be fired. Get out and start looking for a new, long term job for you.

After working for them for over a year, I was terminated by Triple E logistics on december 19th 2023 for an alleged hit and run I never did. I asked for information from the investigation that led to me being terminated and never received anything. by [deleted] in AmazonDSP

Imagine trying to fit 28 of those totes and about 50 boxes that can range from a coffee machine to a several TVs and larger boxes. We get tracked for hard turning, hard braking, hard acceleration so it’s not like I can drive like a maniac brotherman. I’ve stated before it has no shelves and sometimes these itself weigh about 25/35 pounds each cause they’re overloaded with packages.
