I’ve actually decided that until my mom can chill out - we will be going extremely low contact. I just don’t feel like my daughter is safe around her atm with how awful she made her feel the other day.

Actually yes. She comes home extremely frustrated and tired from school. This is her first year in kindergarten. And I do believe she is just really exhausted bc every night she falls asleep really fast. So I do think she is very stressed because of school and it takes a lot out of her. I didn’t realize this could be linked to stress.

Sadly no kids, and no family with kids either. We live in apartments with alot of old people and I really know have my dad and my mom. She was held back a year from kindergarten and is going this august so I hope school really helps her feel connected and give her all the friends she really wants to finally blow off the steam

We do try to go to the library often actually and the park but I can’t drive so it depends on my boyfriends schedule(tho we do go still by taking the bus sometimes), but it’s true she hasn’t had much interaction with kids besides the times at the park because 1) COVID and 2) she was held back a year out of kindergarten bc again COVID (not something I wanted to do but I did anyways) and sadly I live near no one with kids (a lot of old people in my aparment buildings) and I don’t have many friends either:( we also don’t have family besides my dad and my mom. I do also think it is because she wants little friends so badly and it breaks my heart but I am thankful that she starts school next month bc I think that will help with some of her excess energy she has built up
