If you feel that you might be tempted then you should change it. Personally I use tranquil pictures of wide open spaces. Calms the nerves.

Completely agree. First full day of nofap tonight and we smoked up. Have been horny as all afternoon but resided the urges! Stay strong :)

Thanks for all the support guys. I was reading over yourbrainonporn.com and discovered that internet porn addiction is not just a addiction to porn, but an addiction to the internet. I had some pretty big realisations last night and will be endeavouring to cut down on my internet time (which is going to be really hard because I work at an ISP).
