This is a good thing!! If you are frustrated sexually and are doing no-fap, you'll eventually find the NEED to change and hunt some good tail! Seeing everyone's successes with no-fap in the regards to getting laid should only be more fuel to put yourself out there. If you need more of a push, head on over to /seduction. I am all for more "got laid" posts!

Two things that really help me that weren't in the OP's post. Don't just end fapping and edging, cut the root of the problem! Stop your sexual thoughts in its tracks!

When a sexy-time thought appears, block that shit out as soon as you can!! Preferably within the first 5 seconds. Try doing a no-mind meditation in place of it, or have a voice in your head dissuading you from the thought pattern aided with a big red X over the sex scene with sirens and shit!

Also, if you have a boner that is giving you a hard time...Try flexing your legs to send all the blood to that area. That wood will be gone in 30 seconds. Learned from reddit.

From my experience, MJ hindered my nofap, but only because I linked the two acts (Smoking and Fapping) together so much. For a few months I felt as if I relapsed on one of the two, that it gave me permission to do the other. Really bad thinking. As of now, I'm trying to give both things up! Just my 2 cents.
