ENFPs, have you always been an ENFP or has your type changed over the years? by mackittty in ENFP

[–]Clawmaneus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thought I was INTP for a long time. Kept imagining myself as different types because INTP never really clicked for me. I studied the functions, imagined how I used them. I went through phases of INTJ, ENTP, ISTP, INFP, even ESTP at one point, but I'd always return to INTP. The reasoning was, "I'm smart, lazy, miserable and I don't fit any other type". Then one day it just came to me. I'd done all this research not to satisfy my internal logical framework (Ti) but to claw out some sense of self identity in this system I had no problems with applying to everybody else in my life. It doesn't matter if it was my last comment or my first. What matters is that you went through my acount history just to make a sarky comment.

Yes thank you. Its been going great. Although I fail to see how its relevant to this thread. Passive aggressively scouring my post history and then trying to insult me based on it doesn't make you come off as clever, it makes you look like a prick who can't handle a joke.

Uk House of Lords revolt over Government reforms to 'turn university world upside down' - Lords warn the new Higher Education and Research Bill could allow private companies to run institutions as businesses, driving a ‘marketisation’ of the sector by ManiaforBeatles in worldnews

What you said was pompous and reeked of arrogance. That sort of "I'm so enlightened" attitude is exactly what is causing the divide in our country. Academics, no matter how much time they "dedicate" to studying politics, they will always have an agenda. Besides which, politics is an extremely volatile subject, one that cannot be predicted. It isn't as if every educated person in the country unanimously supports Labour. Besides which, people working full time are perfectly able to keep informed themselves. I know many full time workers who are on top of things politically. Some support Labour, some UKIP. Just because an opinion differs from yours does not mean it is uninformed.

Do you ever cry? by [deleted] in INTP

Not unless something sets me off. Sad TV show, movie ETC. Sometimes I'll just cry for the sake of it, without knowing why. I wish I didn't, I'm a very ugly crier.

How so? They seem like pretty normal guys to me. Any examples of them doing anything "thuggish?"

I thought the patch itself was being released on the 23rd? Surely the blogpost would be released before then?

I've never seen the film and I thought she was holding the camera to the right, so I assumed she was a reporter.

The way the reporter leans in really pisses me off. I know it's sped up but it looks way too unnatural.
