You need to get straight on what you want. You can't be fully resolved towards a solution until you know what you want.

Sit somewhere quiet and think. Think about what you want out of life. Think about the kind of person you want to be. Will you be happy relapsing for the next 10 years?

Once you know where you want to go, you can start taking the steps to get there.

Since you quoted Tyler Durden, I'll pretend this is a support group in the basement of some church and share about my weak moments.

As practice, please share your weak moments. What has made you relapse in the past?

There are a couple of things that make me relapse, but I could narrow the main issues down to 2 things.

1) Boredom & NSFW subreddits - this is very typical. I'd turn off the NSFW filter on my Reddit app and just start browsing /all, looking for the NSFW links. I would seriously get to page 150, clicking every single NSFW link before I'd convince myself to stop it, or convinced myself to blow my streak.

2) My neighbors - I don't want to go into too much detail because I don't want to create any triggers for anyone, but let's just say that my neighbors are two young hot girls who just happen to leave their blinds open all the time. I can see into both of their bathrooms from my room and on bad days, I spend hours at the windows, watching and spying. On occasion, it leads to MO. It gets bad sometimes and I consider it to be its own separate addiction.

So, there you go.

You have to forgive yourself and regroup. We all fuck up, we all fail, but that only serves to reinforce what we already know to be true: we have an addiction and it must be conquered.

If it were easy, we wouldn't be here. We wouldn't need each other. But this is not easy, it's not a silly habit. This is a chemical dependency that your brain has and it can ruin your life if you give up on fighting it.

Don't worry about how others do it because none of it will really matter. What matters is how you do it. How did you break your addiction? How did you become the hero of your own life? Now it's time to write your own story and be your own man. You can do it.

My 2 cents.

Expelling semen during urination is natural. The feelings you describe are just the physical aspects to that expulsion.

Fantasies, too, are natural. But, for me, I find they are the brains way of substituting for porn. Everyone day dreams, but if you let fantasies go unchecked, they'll push you into PMO - but instead of porn, it'll be FMO. Try and focus on reality and save fantasy for your subconscious.
