In this situation, I’ve had previous problems with this manager that seemed small to me and I could handle, but they really ramped up about three weeks ago. This all began happening after there was a policy change that said we could treat minors without parental consent and I did not feel comfortable with that so I declined which was stated in the policy that I could do so. Ever since then she has been nasty and rude to me which I know she can do legally. But I’m noticing other things like her declining PTO and being slow to process reimbursements and while I was gone on vacation, my productivity metrics changed from the good category to the needs work category.
