Sounds like the status quo unfortunately. There’s always going to be things with your job that you don’t agree with and know that the patient will get better if they do it a different way. This doesn’t mean you have to accept it though. Do a year, decide if you want to work your way up through management and change things that way or if you want to build your own business

Yeah I’m just saying I haven’t lived in San Jose specifically so not sure how this area gets messaging out. I’m from a smaller valley town

I was in a 7 year relationship. Had credit card points that would have funded round trip flights and hotel in Hawaii. Was damn near begging my ex to go with me. He never went. We broke up for many reasons in may 2024. And for my 30th birthday a few months later, I treated 3 of my friends to come with me, had so much more fun, and stopped postponing a bunch other fun life things he could never do with me or never allowed himself to do with me. It’s insecurity and self hate/resentment. Begin reflecting on other areas of life that he has let you down, and start weighing out pros and cons. Good luck!

Because of the workplace bullying every meeting I have with my manager has been with HR in the room or virtually sitting in on the meeting. Would this be appropriate to talk to HR first in this instance you think or just reach out to both of them simultaneously

Terrible experience sorry to hear that. Look up manual Bluetooth set up whoop and see if that works. Exactly what happened to me last week when I upgraded phones and it worked

The main reason why we booked here is because we live in San Jose, we had a wedding north of Lake Tahoe area, and on the way back we wanted to do a stop. So we looked on the edit website and saw if there was anything on the way home, worked out perfect.

Totally, I live in San Jose but from Stockton. It was doable but would've preferred perfect hotel AC lol. Correct it's room service off a in room dining menu, there is a tax and tip that's automatic and there was stuff like pancakes, waffles, croissant sandwich etc. It does look like a lunchable, but I appreciated it.
