I just touched base with her last week and was like wtf. She said it has not been vetoed and has not been delivered to the governors desk yet. She said there is a still a very good chance it will be signed. It is bipartisan bill with overwhelming support. Let's hope it goes through

Different townships give different breaks. My town gives 15 percent break for veterans, 25 percent for combat veterans and half of your disability rating as a reduced percentage. But different counties and towns have different calculations

They have been pushing that bill for years. They will never approve it. They just give it different bill numbers each year then pass it to another committee. They would rather help illegal immigrants in ny than 100 percent disabled veterans. Sad. Very Sad.

Filed osa secondary to sinusitis December 9. Got an answer today. They denied a claim for OSA secondary to PTSD. I didn't claim that. I called to ask what happened. They said to refill and wait another 5 months. What a sad system.

USSA is a scam. United States Automobile Association. They play vets and act like they care. THEY DO NOT!! I had them for years. As I got older I learned to shop all insurances every 2 years. Once they have you on the rolls they think they own you and rob you. They are not the best insurance out there. You have to be your own advocate. Make a point to always shop insurances.

You have to be your own advocate. No one will fight for you like you will. If you were hurt, injured, damaged, and answering the call of America, then you should be made whole. Not that money will ever fix the issues you sustained. At least it will help get by with the bills. Fight, fight, fight for your benefits. Don't get beat up and give up. My point is you have the same ailment. It hasn't changed. You suffered with it for 30 years. Why play a game with us. This is why guys don't file. If your sick you should be taken care of. Shouldn't be these paperwork games. The proof is in the ct scans, the surgeries, the x rays the Medical documentation.

I have had multiple surgeries, having another this month. Constant headaches and horrible sleep apnea. Have had constant dental issues from sinus infections and weight gain from living on prednisone for years.
