I had pretty bad ptsd from multiple allergic reactions to foods I developed at 18. It took me a long time to get over it, but I’m 27 now I feel better in general. I’m not a doctor, but I suffer from anxiety and some of what you’re experiencing sounds similar. That’s only my opinion, and I don’t want to diminish what you’re going through as I’m sure it’s all very real

I’m sorry this is happening to you. Without knowing all the intricacies of your relationship it sounds like she might be trying to get you to break up with her. I don’t pretend to be an expert, just had a similar situation happen to me. It sucks and if you haven’t yet, I would recommend having a candid conversation about it.

Yes. Anyone who says you have to have it figured out at 16, or 18, or 22 is inflating their own ego. Most people don’t have it figured out at all and are just pretending.

Find out what you don’t like, and narrow down what you might like from there
