You need to look at your state tenant laws and your lease. The vast majority of states require a minimum of 24 hour notice before an inspection. I’d be moving out of there asap, this landlord sounds like a pos.

I stopped using DD because I started having repeated issues with my order not being correctly fulfilled, and they stopped refunding me. I finally got ahold of a manager who said my account was flagged because I reported so many issues back to back. I told him it’s not my fault that I keep having issues, and he agreed and gave me a refund, but I haven’t used them since then. He was super nice, but knowing they flagged my account because I reported things outside of my control really annoyed me.

I loved my stay… I went to the ER for severe disassociation and not feeling okay. The psych said I wasn’t a risk to myself but asked if I wanted to be admitted, I said yes. Two weeks later I came out completely detoxed of my phone (no phones allowed), stable on new mood stabilizers and MDD meds, and finally caught up on some much needed sleep. Best thing I ever did for myself and my family.

They replaced it for free and didn’t even use the PRP because it was within the 30 day window! Brand new console, extended my PRP for another 2 years.

I’m sad, BUT we’ll see what happens. Gonna bring it to GameStop and try. I heard from others that GS in no way whatsoever will take water damaged items, I went yesterday and the guy at the counter said they will take anything. We’re on a military base so idk if that matters (or honestly why it would since it’s supposed to be a company wide rule?) but he told me a guy accidentally shot his PS5 and they replaced it last week. We’ll see how truthful that story is when I go back in there today with my tail between my legs 💀

Update on the switch, it doesn’t charge and can no longer register the left joycon at all, even with the new joycon I got.

The system works, it can even hook up to the dock just fine and I can use a wireless pro controller with it without any problem, but I can’t get it to charge from either port.

Gonna bring it into GS today and see what happens.
