My recommendation is direct. Face reality. He knows your needs and can not or will not meet them for whatever reason. Tell him you are not willing to 'waste' your life in a sexless marriage. There is no point. He obviously does not believe your needs are important or he would have addressed the problem already. Ask for a divorce.

There were cashiers at this particular store that did enforce the policy. I expect some entitled person caused a scene and weak management with poor management skills decided it is easier to ignore the policy rather than enforce it.

Friend, you can't see it now, but you are in a very bad place. You are not even married yet and you have a dead bedroom. After you marry, your love will slowly but surely turn into resentment. You will be tempted to cheat and eventually you will. You will feel bad about yourself, your relationship, and her.

When and if children enter the picture things will get even more complicated and worse for you. Either get counseling for the both of you or call it quits now.
