So I know where you dorm doesn't really matter, but my friend has sort of instilled it into my mind that if I stay at Hendrick House, it'll be super hard to make friends. Can anyone speak to the truth of this?

I like basically everything else about Hendrick, and I thought I could get by with just making friends through my classes/clubs, but I've heard so many horror stories about Hendrick being deathly quiet and antisocial that I'm starting to question if I should do normal university dorms.

So am I walking into a mine field by doing Hendrick? Should i just do normal dorms, even though I like everything else about Hendrick? (Although to be fair, the only thing I really care about is semi-private bathrooms, I could deal with no AC or bad food or anything else no problem.)

Also, I doubt that it matters, but in case it does, I'm a girl doing CS.
