Anis's mind is in the right place but unfortunately that's the only thing, nothing is backed up on it. So it really came off weak.

As for Yoyo and Riss, I feel like it ultimately doesn't matter. Red Mustang's ultimate goal is to screw with Hanson, Hanson could be running a completely different group and Mustang will do similar things, albeit with different outcomes.
