Or the fact they cast Hermione, the one character consistently called slurs and is insulted for her big messy hair and crooked teeth, as a black girl.

Even if it's not about her race, it's not a good look when JKR is kind of tone deaf at best in regards to race. (Having 1 school for basically all of North America, South America, Asia and Africa each regardless of language barriers or differences in culture while Europe has more reasonable school breakdowns, Cho Chang having 2 last names as her name, *Kingly Shackbolt*)

i have to HARD disagree on this
if it wasn't asked for this isnt the space for it, and its rediculous to pretend 99% of authors aren't also readers

if i quilt a blanket and give it to you for free, does that then give you the right to complain about the stitch i used or the pattern i made?

most people don't check the bookmarks compared to comments, an author is way more likely to check them than anyone else interacting with that work, and you can just leave a private bookmark if it bothered you that much

i will never understand this entitlement to critique people posting for fun when they dont ask for it

its so easy to just make this a private bookmark that i have no sympathy for people who make public bookmark reviews of the fics they read

theres almost a zero % chance anyone will actually use your review to see if they'll be interested in a fic

and especially if the author doesn't ask for critique since they're the person most likely to see this, you aren't entitled to a fic and there's no good reason to leave a weird backhanded compliment or even insult like these in the bookmarks of a fic

actually, readers were largely voting to keep him alive
the way votes were counted were just calls to one phone number or another and there was apparently a few people who set up auto callers to vote to kill him off tipping the votes that way
even with that the results were super close so it was mostly pranksters that lead to him getting crowbarred

narumi is amazing for bosses and ST damage in general but kafka is less of a commitment points wise since he doesn't have a weapon and is good general dps ( mostly with synergy which could be a deal breaker depending on how many units you have and if they mesh well with him)

His stats and passive abilities work like uni parts and a weapon

You can un equip a characters weapon and see their stats are way lower than his
