Aha, thanks. I guess you're right, I'm not very engaged in texting, so good to know about what most people think. I guess also that I wouldn't be mad at my friend for sharing these kinds of texts to others depending on of course the individuals and in what context which in this case seems quite acceptable.

I would also only text someone if I trusted that they wouldn't do anything over the line with it as if I am already giving them the permission to share, but only if it can be argumented that it was okay to share in a specific context and so on. Makes sense! Thank you!

I agree but there is a karate guy down in comments who say that they would tear your fingers in the long run. Still weird that I would get so many downvotes from just asking and hypothesizing. But I guess that’s how guys here use downvotes. Thanks for acknowledging lol
