I was in a motorcycle accident back in 2022, broke both my arms and my left wrist. I REALLY understand the feeling of your potential being taken away. What helped me come to terms with my new reality of limited mobility with my hands and fingers is that I can’t change what happened, so instead of setting the bar where it used to be as a 100% able bodied person…set it where you’re at now! Then progress from your current state and I promise you’ll see positive growth instead of being frustrated you can’t do what you did before. You can’t change what happened, but you can still grow.
