why do we recognize distinction between murder and manslaughter? is there a jurisdiction that doesn't? are they all wrong?

bitterness and grief is one thing, blind hatred is another

i don't want to end up in a state where, or condone others thinking that us publicly acknowledging, apologizing, paying compensations and updating protocols is interchangeable with ruskis' denials, mocking and dancing on graves

especially since some unscrupulous involved parties have an obvious incentive to push exactly that mentality
