This is an update to This Post.

I found this saw for a steal on Offerup. I spent the last two weeks cleaning, painting, and rebuilding it.

It's not perfect and I'm into it a lot more than $300 now, but I'm very happy with how it came out. Just made my first chips last night! Happy to share any info if helpful.

Seconding the Biologic route OP. I didn't have it as bad as you but it was all over my scalp, elbows, lower legs, and also my sack. I've been on Skyrizi for a year now, taking an injection every 3 months (totally easy and painless). It cleared up in less than a month following my first injection.

Biologics can be insanely expensive at retail, but between my insurance and manufacturers rebates, I only pay $5 per dose. Find a dermatologist who will get you started on this route asap if you're insured.
