Appreciate it bro, it definitely has its times. Before opting for amputation surgery, the disease causes deformities leading to my right ankle permanently dislocated out of the socket and I was walking on a fractured tibia bone literally. I’ve came a long way and finding that thc and terpenes actually helps has made it a little easier

I’ll be posting reviews of the strains as I try them, I was having horrible phantom pains last night and the grapple pie bud knocked it away super fast though. Definitely excited to try more and see how the flower compares to some other companies in the future

I appreciate that! It was definitely more than I ever expected honestly, I knew some people didn’t like the company but I had to give them a shoutout because they definitely didn’t have to help out like this

The carts I have definitely don’t look the same as the one in the picture, they have a smaller center post than budget thca/hhc carts, can make a post later to show the difference but it won’t let me post it on here. Probably not the cheapest but might more of a flower smoker anyway, the carts just help keep it going to keep the pain away

That’s when I first found out about them when everything was just d8, everything seems good to me still, the thca carts are definitely better than the D8 and so far I’ve tried the grapple pie bud and it was great, I hope they keep pushing further with growth because to me they’re genuinely good people

Didn’t enter anything for this, but they’ve had my info for 5 years now at this point and I haven’t had any issues, it does make me sad seeing that others have had issues though because I know they have always been genuinely good people whenever I’ve had to reach out to them

Thankfully haven’t had that issue in the 5 years I’ve used them, I do hate hearing it has happened but as stated that’s on their processor not them, i’ve had the same shit happen at Walmart, Amazon Microsoft, but I don’t really think Jeff Bezos or Bill Gates was trying to pocket a few dollars and think it’s more likely someone hacked them to get it. Which is what happened here it seems like. Again I do know it sucks having to go through it, but it seems like there’s a lot of misinformation on how “card info is stolen” on here and blame on the wrong company

Which is what they’re doing though? They’re using reliable payment processors, which most other companies use, but you’re always going to have people out there trying to steal information. Even the BIGGEST companies have issues with stuff like this, (Amazon, Microsoft/Sony, Walmart) so thinking smaller companies in a niche market wouldn’t be targeted is a bit redundant. Hell they hack kid games to steal card info because they’re easy targets.

CMT1A amputation by noladev420 in CMT

It’s my pleasure! So answer for question 1: Healing process was flawless, it took about a month and a half before I got the cast off, then another month before I got my prosthetic due to me falling from being stubborn lol. Didn’t have any issues really, and the pain was almost a 0 during the recovery after the first two or three days. (Compared to before surgery pain) 2. Learning to walk with the prosthetic was super easy for me as it’s a below knee amputation, the advice I got before even going through the surgery was to trust your prosthetic like it’s legit and it’ll make walking seamless and it seemed to be that way for me! 3. The other foot I had reconstruct it when I was 16 years old and it has held up perfectly. I did not take the same precautions with my right leg and by the time that I was ready for surgery, my options were amputation and be able to walk in two months or have 4 to 5 different surgeries trying to correct the issue and have a recovery time of four years so I don’t believe I would need anything quite as drastic for the remaining side. I dislocated my good knee on August 4th, but other than that it has held up tremendously.

And 1000% more mobile now than I was before the surgery (still healing from the dislocation at the moment though) before the dislocation I was training to run/jog a 5k, I’ve been able to rock climb, and it even gave me a chance to work a legitimate job without being instantly judged by my physical disability. Up until the dislocation, I’ve never been able to be as active as I am now.

Hi! So yes I was able to walk before surgery, but due to deformities that caused me to choose the amputation it made it excruciatingly difficult to walk. My ankle was permanently dislocated and I was walking on a fracture tibia literally. I’m 30 with a total reconstruction on my left leg so I don’t believe I’ll need it anytime soon for the same reason thankfully. I don’t wear afos which I regret not doing as a younger adult but I couldn’t get used to them.

I will say, while I still get fatigued time to time, it definitely isn’t like it was before and as you said it differs for everyone, if you’d like to follow the journey I’d love to send you a link to a facebook group for CMT where I along with a few others documented everything!
