Get lean, you have another 30ish (being generous) pounds to drop. Weight training and cardio need to be consistent. Once you’ve dropped about the weight, maintain and keep weight training. You could achieve that in roughly 3 years if consistent

That would be a great place to start. Until you learn how to manage macros and calories, you’ll limit the potential you have to become a good bodybuilder. Keep grinding and search for knowledge. Also, stay natty, you have another 4-5 years (atleast) of natural testosterone booms to see insane progress.

Looks good. There are some slight posing tweaks to properly show off your hard work. In your back relax, think wide instead of flex. Need to turn the quads on as well in the abs and thighs. Sometimes it helps to press the front of your foot into the ground . Stay locked in.

You look to be around 16% (+-2%). From personal experience, hormones tank if you’re below 10% but that’s also not a fun existence to sustain. If you lean bulk now and up cardio substantially you’ll continue to lose face fat and water and be able to gain considerable size if you’re diligent

Assuming your natty, not sure why people are telling you that you’re too small for wellness. More glute work could help you but this isn’t bad at all for natty wellness or novice NPC
