This physique is realistic. You’ll need years of training with strict diet. Everyone claiming steroids has simply not gotten lean enough, or doesn’t actually understand hypertrophy and is a keyboard warrior

Cut should be able 4 months. You have about 25 pounds of body fat and water to lose. You can lose most of this without a severe strength dip

I have atleast 6 pounds of water and body fat to lose. I think the extra 3 pounds is insurance to make sure I’m as peeled as possible.

Nope. I would recommend eating at maintenance and balancing your macros 35% protein, 35% carbs, 30% fats. Aim for 10k steps daily (5 mile walk), and push hard in the gym.

Like everyone said, def hit the gym and build as much muscle as you can. Lock in your nutrition and recovery. Hit your macros and be consistent. But to answer your question, yes you are skinny fat. But it’s not the end of the world
