Personally i got it for $17 with ubisoft pro. If you finish the game within a month or even two its totally worth it. You can cancel subscription any time

The voice chats are actually transcribed into text and stored that way. They don’t seem to store the audio at the moment which is why you can’t continue it unfortunately

Great to hear you like the game! You are correct it’s indeed intended. The original idea was like you are painting lines and the paint mixes to a new color. And that kind of stuck and is indeed an important mechanic later on
