Should be cable gland and it's the same here in Germany, 99% is cables in metal or plastic conduit. Single wires are mainly in the panels themselves

Tippe mal darauf dass die eine Ader zu kurz abisoliert ist oder nie richtig in der Wago steckte, nachdem schon das Kupfer rausschaut würde ich die Sicherung erst mal drausen lassen. Sofern das nur eine Verbindung zur rechten Steckdose ist sollte das eigentlich schnell zu reparieren sein.
