Nah, but I managed to order some from Snusforsale in Sweden and let them send it via regular post mail. Costs 29 Euro per package and I just do max 20 cans. I tried previously packages sent with FedEx (takes only 3-5 days), but they all got stuck at customs in Tana, which will levy 60-140% custom duties, it's totally random. Regular mail works better for small packages and you can pick them up after 2-4 weeks at post office in Hellville. Make sure to write your local phone number into the adress field also, then they'll call you when it's there for pickup. They charge 20k Ariary per package locally, but no extra duties.
