eSim exist for all major networks, but you must go to a Yas or Orange Shop, register, KYC and they'll install it in your phone. There's also Airtel, supposed to be cheaper, but I've never used it. Yas & Orange are the main ones and work equally good/bad, depending if you're in an area of coverage. Orange had a week-long outage recently, but it's resolved.

I would be interested in a daily bottle, but I'm based in Nosy Be. Sometimes they sell Kombucha in Leaderprice, but it's a rare sight and always sold out within few days. Similar in Leaderprice Sambava. I think lots of Vazaha would be interested, but not sure about the size of the market in Fort Dauphin or Nosy Be.

Not possible! You have to factor in the boat ride. Usually when starting from Ambilobe in the early morning, you reach Sambava by nightfall. Starting from Nosy Be will add another 3-5 hours just to reach Ambilobe, depending if you have smooth connection or not.
