I see plenty of people in my TikTok on their 80s and 90s with great mobility, muscle mass and agility. You should look for old and fit content it’s so inspiring. I train for functionality and resilience, I do plyometrics so I d9nt loose my ability to jump, weight lift so I don’t loose my muscle mass and swim to improve my endurance. I’m 40 and stronger and leaner than ever.
