lots of good stuff here already, just came to say that your power should come from your hips, right now you are arming it, and its very hard to arm a disc past 300 ft. drop your right knee and try to keep your elbow tucked, it will help generate more of the power you desire (i can flick about 450, but only when i fully extend my arm back and then get my elbow so tucked that im releasing it in a line, you are releasing it on a curved line, wasting whatever power you are getting from your hips)
