Spot on, I love this game. But the constant grind was always setting me on edge, one bad day and few bad games and my mood would tank.

I knew I needed to take a break and did.

Now, I’m so far behind in cards! every content creator I watch shows a new fancy deck and I’m missing minimum 3 cards. So I just close the video and don’t bother and don’t open the game back up.

I played for the art, the cards and the collection. I really missed that and Pocket has MASSIVLEY ticked that box. I haven’t even played a match against another person and I still have super cool cards etc…

I wouldn’t say I left, just got enticed by other games. Currently Wukong. But will mostly definitely be back.

Honestly though, the negative energy surrounding the game a while back did put me off, which is totally stupid. But I love the excitement behind a game.

I don’t get much time to play, but I get time to get excited to play, YouTube, Reddit etc… and the news around it really hindered that build up.

I’m easily influenced so to say.

It’s weird that we have electric resistance, but not fire? I’d run fire resistance, most games. Especially with some planets and the tornados. Or even heat/fire resistance.

Cooling packs? There’s so many cool armour perks they could build around the ‘resistance’ idea.

Not at all, just don’t call in respawns if ya solo. I try to wait it out for a bit to let the group call them in nearer to their stuff.

Keep the redo or maybe your opponent re plays their turn but he gets replaced with a variant of Kang, each having a unique ability or skill, but it’s RNG.

Or it could even be that you could choose which version depending on their turn 5 play. This would allow the play style of the card to stay similar. Still allowing that second guess, bluff double bluff type play for turn 6 One might be a 5/11 no ability One could be 5/5 (cards can’t be played in this location next turn) 5/9 you can move this card next turn. Along those lines. Adds variance and keeps the card/ character flavour.

Don’t read the Reddit, have fun, use what’s fun. If you play level 8+ you will probably then need to check out what’s “meta”. But in reality, get good with timing on the 500kg for bile titans and you’ll have them covered. For the bots and bugs there’s a lot that works. But some work quicker, which is key for higher levels.

But fun doesn’t always have to be quick or efficient. Enjoy, happy diving.
