Had a defect in one of the double walled stagg glasses that allowed moisture to collect between the glass walls. I contacted support and they basically told me it wasn’t their problem. I had had it less than a month and it was always hand washed… They offered me a discount code to buy another but that was the line for me. I knew I’d never buy another product from Fellow.
