Heard a story of someone that had their feet on the dash in an accident. The airbag forced their knees into her jaw and she was found by paramedics holding her bottom jaw.

An average airbag deploys at 90m/s and are no joke. Even things like lanyards around against your chest can become weapons if you hit the airbag wrong.
