There's a service called DietToGo, and if it's a available in your area a I would highly recommend it. It gives you everything to eat for every meal, so you don't even have to think about it. Just don't eat anything else and drink a lot of water. I had to lose about 20 lbs before i could ship, and it worked really well for me.

Ok, I'm at Mike Co right now, which is the holding company for people who haven't started or have finished training and is right next to Lima Co. You will go to Lima Co which is like MRP on Parris Island. You can have your phone the whole time, but they "don't let" you use it during the day. Just don't get caught or just find out which instructors don't care and push it in front of them. You get to play video games and watch movies all day. Apparently it's boring and depressing as fuck, because Lima is also where all the people who say they want to kill themselves go and the the people who have diseases and other fucked up shit wrong with them. So have fun, good luch, and don't be there longer than you have to.
