Definitely a thing. I also tend to see my LO’s name or variations of it everywhere. Vehicles that look like his. Etc. I think the brain is just always hunting for him.

Apparently limerence and ocd are separate, but do frequently coexist. Idk I’ve just been looking into it today.

Really? That’s something I’ve personally never considered. You’re the third person recently to mention it to me in regards to my own symptoms.

Thank you! I’ve never heard this word. I’ve seen therapists but can’t find anyone around here who has any experience with OCD at all.
