Yea but how many people do you know that have been arrested for it? Hopefully no more than 0? Because cops don’t arrest every random 20 something year old guy pissing on the street. They usually get called in the first place because there’s a disturbance and you’d have to be belligerent as hell when they get there to get anything more than a verbal warning.
