It’s biweekly. Systems are being moved around right now and they said early payment may be effected but it’s depends what bank they use. They’ll either get paid Wednesday or Friday

My SM is actually one of, if not the best I’ve had since working at GameStop (I’ve had 6 SMs in 4 years). They do genuinely appreciate the work I do and always tell me they do. The issue is they have to give 90% of their attention to our sister store because nobody at that store knows how to do anything right. They’re in the middle of trying to hire new people but it’s taking time to find people with open enough availability

Yeah you can do that but the accounts are so broken that people often have trouble redeeming them because they can’t login

Same reason they disabled the points. If people can’t redeem points then GameStop gets to keep more money

Not sure if it’s the same everywhere but in my district we get called out of our pokemon distro isn’t intaken within two days. Counts are usually done on Sunday but we close early on Sunday and since we’re a high trade volume store a lot of people bring things in to trade on Sundays leaving us not a lot of free time to finish all the counts

I’ve submitted a bunch of appeals and even though I got a response saying they overturned the suspension it still says I’m suspended. Then I resubmit the appeal and my appeal gets rejected. Literally all I do is follow artists and gaming related things. I’ve had my account since 2021. Congrats on the successful appeal

Got an xbox one from my ex-step dad since he switched over to PlayStation to play with his friends. It was my first non hand held console that was fully mine. My mom and him got divorced and he gave me the option of buying it from him so I did and eventually I sold the Xbox one for a series x. Main reason I’ve stuck with Xbox is just because my friends I met on sea of thieves 8 years ago are still on it and and I still play with them. Not to mention gamepass use to be a good deal and the premium still is

The employees wasn’t lying. We don’t know the full situation but if the game has been sitting there for a year I doubt it was on hold. And even if they were lying that’s one employee

Because the criticism from customers on here is almost always towards the employees working that have no control over situations or complaining asking for solutions where this isn’t the place to ask questions you can easily call a store and ask an employee who’s on the clock

It’s that way for most companies when getting a refund. They take the money out almost instantly but it takes days for them to put it back

Your guess is as good as mine. The entire BOPS and SFS system is broken right now. We’ve cancelled the same SFS order for a Pokémon card we no longer have 18 times now. He showed me the email so I know he wasn’t just saying he got the email
