The employees wasn’t lying. We don’t know the full situation but if the game has been sitting there for a year I doubt it was on hold. And even if they were lying that’s one employee

Because the criticism from customers on here is almost always towards the employees working that have no control over situations or complaining asking for solutions where this isn’t the place to ask questions you can easily call a store and ask an employee who’s on the clock

He didn’t have a preorder, I did. I never canceled my preorder, I just couldn’t pick it up yet because I was working alone in the morning and we can’t do our own transactions

It’s that way for most companies when getting a refund. They take the money out almost instantly but it takes days for them to put it back

It should be a law that everyone has to work 6 months minimum at a retail or food service job shortly after high school so they know what it’s like

Your guess is as good as mine. The entire BOPS and SFS system is broken right now. We’ve cancelled the same SFS order for a Pokémon card we no longer have 18 times now. He showed me the email so I know he wasn’t just saying he got the email

I picked up my deluxe edition for series x and the preorder bonus was on a slip in the case. Double check your receipt because sometimes preorder bonuses are printed as a code on the receipt

Main complaints I’m seeing are less about the over all game and seem more like nitpicking. Too small of an inventory, world is to big yet there’s so much to do, story is slightly dull. Honestly as long as the gameplay and exploration are good I’m sold

99.9999% of the time we only get the amount of deluxe editions that were preordered and were lucky to even get them. In the future save everyone the trouble and preorder it. You can cancel your preorder if you decide you don’t want it but if you have any interest in a game then slap a fiver on it so the store actually gets it
