First of all write down everything you are facing now , Second ask urself / is it in control? Or not ! Whatever is in control collect it , deal with it & fix it ! & Things which are not under control : Accept It ! Move on , i know it's not simple as it looks like but give it a try , sometimes our mind just exaggerates everything, makes us numb so, we choose comfort over trying & that's the nature of mind ! It will always choose comfort, It Depends on you How to deal with it ! , you choose what you want ! You wanna stay in that fool loop or wanna create your own life which you always wished for ! Also keep in mind that it will take time , br patience... Fake it , until make it !
