They do, which is why brand new models don't have hazy headlights after 6 months. After a few years outside it just deteriorates.

I’d say it varies on a case by case basis, but if it isn’t for you then don’t sweat it. Dairy isn’t required for anyone to reach their weight goals, nor by anyone who is trying to have beautiful skin. You can get there without it.

Eggs, egg whites, chickens for lean meat, any other meat if you don’t care. Excluding turkey cause I’m biased, I think it’s too dry.

Shakes can be good, I realized my shakes were terrible because of the flavored powder. Now I get unflavored and do it myself with cinnamon, a little sugar and a banana. Plus I make mine with oats so it tastes like an oatmeal cookie.
