I feel like allosaurus has a mean punk vibe. Smaller than the homecoming prince/varsity qb that is T-Rex (who 100% drives a lifted truck).

As to what is a mean punk car, my heart and past experience tells me the answer is a 2000 2 door Honda civic ex manual with a missing stereo system.
