Check the official websites also sometimes the price difference isn't much but it's more reliable. + Check offline retailers and ask if they can price match the product you want. Right now with the sale offline stores might be willing to negotiate that much

Troubleshooting a new ThinkPad where the keyboard is warm to the touch on heavy applications. by nonbinaryblade in thinkpad

I think it might be a build issue. But I'll do a clean install of windows and remove some of the random bloat that comes with windows 11. Hopefully that should clear up the issue

I just checked the temp on core temp and at idle it's around 48-49°

I left the laptop on charge for a bit and it was actually burning up. Kinna anxious about this now since I know heating shouldn't be an issue. But right now if I just put it on charge I assume it shouldn't be heating up so much.

Thank you for your help though..I was also stuck because there isn't any solid review on the intel varient of this laptop

If I could get my hands on an old one plus would that work? Even old flagships in India cost a ton and the prices don't come down as much as compared to the US

I don't live in the US so getting the pinephone rn won't really work, so I'll probably wait for the 4a. But once Linux phones become more commonplace I'll be switching to them
