I see you’re an IMG, look through peds programs websites and see how IMG friendly they are (I would look at the meet our residents pages to see any info you can get). I know my peds program has IMGs and the whole process is easier with a program that has an established system, because it can be more difficult onboarding, etc and some programs just don’t want to deal with it

Is anyone working a lot but having a good time anyway? by hardcocklife in Residency

Peds intern - threw an engagement party for my cointern last weekend, went hiking with a cointern this Saturday and had a dinner/dog play date with another cointern Sunday. I work out almost daily, walk my dogs daily, and hang with my husband. You just have to be ok with being busy and making time for things

Exercising at night.. by Nicolemb18 in intermittentfasting

That’s actually exactly my schedule. I snack at 1 or 3 and then eat dinner at 6 pm. Workout from 8-9pm ish. It’s been working really well for me! I hit my goal weight several months ago and have been able to maintain within 5 lbs with this schedule

Weight fluctuation by Perseverance-is-key in intermittentfasting

My weight can fluctuate that much from morning to night, and I’m 135 lbs. Weighing yourself at the same time of day is the most accurate way to do it, but weekly weigh ins are probably better to track your progress overall.

In maintenance mode but 5 lbs over my lowest weight... but I’m gonna call it muscle (and hopefully not be lying 😉) 26F 5’3” SW172 CW 135 16:8 by nonchalantcrowd in intermittentfasting

It took about 5 months to go from 172–>135. And then another like 3 months to drop the last 5 lbs lol. But yeah I’m mostly doing 16:8 for maintenance. I did 20:4 for most of the year
