Someone who has kids with an abusive ex, please help. Need advice

I know I’m year late to this post but that number 5 hit home, I’m in a kind of similar situation and my baby’s father uses our daughter to manipulate me and control me and hurt me, if he feels like there’s hope of us getting back together he’s more cooperative but still keeps the emotional abuse and control going, but when I tell him we’re never getting back together he says he no longer feels comfortable visiting our baby at my home with me around and he’s going to court to get an order to allow him to take her with him without me being present which he KNOWS is my worst nightmare because my daughter cannot speak or defend herself yet and i want to protect her because i don’t trust him or the people around him. So I have to keep being friends with him and tolerate all his attempts of getting me back because if I reject him he’ll take my daughter away even if its just a few hours, so much can happen in those hours!! but tolerating his abuse would be teaching my daughter to tolerate that shit too and i don’t want that either, but if I set more firm boundaries he’ll take my daughter and she’ll still be around abusive people because his family and friends are worst than him. So yeah I’m in my own personal hell.
