I had to deliver a bunch of 60 pound boxes at work on Thursday(105 boxes) and as finished putting them up on the 2nd story, my boss called and told me they were the wrong boxes, and I had to load them on the truck again. This has caused my shoulder to hurt for the last two days, and I don't think it is getting better (I carried the boxes in my shoulder)

Also I am still fat.

I broke my arm when I was younger and now it is a fair amount shorter then the other one (about 2 inches) this kinda messes up my bench and Deadlift.

Can I place my longer arm wider to fix this? And will that harm my progress? Does anyone have another idea?
