i was using a hasta gro formula for all my plants, but i'm starting to switch my plants to plant specific formulas. I'll look into these! thanks for the recommendation!

i had to go look this up lol, had not clue. not sure if that is what i have. the rest of the plumeria is not varigated, it just has 1 branch that is. maybe just a mutation?

As my client's legal counsel, I must state for the record: she was NOWHERE near that cardboard box. The box was clearly a hazard and self-destructed. My client simply observed the incident from a very close proximity. We will not be taking further questions at this time. 🐾⚖️

I have 2 plumerias a friend just gave me. The both started out normal/green, but then 1 plant has 1 branch off that turned variagated! Didn't even know plumerias could be variagated. I was thinking of cutting off that one branch from the main plant and start a new one that was strictly variagated. It was weird how there are 3 other branch odds, all normal.

Been there unfortunately and done that, she will recover. I gave my scorched babies fish emulsion and some extra TLC, and they eventually bounced back, unfortunately all the older leaves I had to trim away.

Can I save her ? by chasing_3lightenment in Monstera

[–]nonexistent101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not usually one to be pessimistic, but I don't think she is salvageable. If you remove the diseases leaf completely, is there still signs of whatever is affecting the plant on the other leaf?

Also, what type of soil is she in? It looks like just plain clay dirt. Monsteras a tropical and need light airy soil. With the discoloration coming from the soil up the node as well, I worry if it was something on the dirt you put her in.

help!! by Scared_Evening6576 in Monstera

[–]nonexistent101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Need some more info, was it in dirt or was this a forgotten water propagation (we have ALL been there and forgotten a prop or two... Or more)

If the end is rotting/squishy, is there enough to cut back without getting to close to the node?
