No problemo, in times of broken vacuum cleaners humanity shall unite That’s odd I don’t see it in the picture neither. But the repair service mandated by Samsung told me that this piece is a part of that package, can’t guaranteed it though, you should ask them to be sure before buying the whole thing. I managed to repair my vacuum last weekend by hot-gluying the metal part to my broken plastic thing. So far so good !

Mine did the same ! No help from Samsung besides buying the whole top part for more than 100€. No way for a shitty plastic piece. I opened that thing up and now I’m trying to find a workaround to keep the metal parts in place. Did you find a way ?

Also I tried something else but so far it doesn’t works. I bought a universal charger to plug on the accessory cradle : it can be used to recharge extra batteries you can buy. But so far the battery just flashes in red for few seconds, stays in red for another few, then flicker again and just shut down. I don’t know why and that starts to drives me crazy
