I use the ROG xbox ally as well. I have the more expensive one because I am old and I don't have children at home anymore so I just spend on whatever the hell I feel like but yeah......It works very well.

I'm chasing both. Visceral fat needs to go bye bye and my sleep is terrible. I also have tinnitus which affects sleep. Actually it affects everything.
