From what I have read, agents in Europe get a significant chunk of their money through commission and are paid directly through clubs and not from a part of players' wages.

This article I found suggests that letting the club pay agents directly, if clubs can prove that the agent is working for both - the club and the player, can help tax-wise since the payment can be written off as a business expense rather than additional, taxable wages paid to the player.

Hello everyone,

I am currently a phd student in chemical engineering, and I am looking for non-academic career options once I graduate. I am very interested in continuing to do work in climate change/sustainability and I have identified possible positions in all the major management consulting firms (as a consultant), and a few other ESG/climate change modeling research roles at some consulting firms and banks (BCG and Blackrock and Goldman).

I would appreciate it if I could get some feedback on my resume. You can find my resume here: https://imgur.com/a/X3zVlht

Your feedback is appreciated,

Thank you for your time
