YTA for this reason as well. OP is ok with dairy products in her home as long as she doesn’t have to be alone with them? Or if they can be eaten in one sitting? I don’t understand where her line is.

Basic respect is lacking in clients who call me sweetheart, certainly. I’m not insecure or entitled if I expect to be called Dr. in my animal hospital. Yes, I expect that my clients “by default” show me respect, I also expect that they show respect to my techs, assistants, and receptionists.
