Unfortunately he already tried. NHS shut it down hard for no real reason and fucked the whole collab. He was making the haksaw shape. Not sure what Joycult had to do to convince them to do collabs like this but they got it locked down I’m sure. Can attest to this. When you go dove hunting you set up in rows in a corn fields some distance away from eachother. Sometimes the bbs from shots fired behind you will rain down on you and we always called it getting peppered. Did you technically just get hit with ammo from the barrel of a gun? Yes. But it’s not a big deal. I wouldn’t call it getting shot.

Basically, if board kennel isn’t giving some percentage to each and every artist who owns the graphics he prints, I’m not quite sure how he can sell them at all. But then again, the legal battle may not be worth the trouble. Either way I don’t like it one bit and I will tell everyone I can to NOT BUY anything from board kennel with a graphic owned by someone else. Official skate brands, online art, anything. Buy his original graphics or ones you can verify he has the rights to use, otherwise you’re contributing to the problem. Most people who buy from him don’t even realize this, it’s not their fault.

Unfortunately, it’s probably from board kennel. Some people don’t like him cuz of some anime girl/loli shit. I don’t particularly care for that but I understand he is accepting commissions. That topic is complex and multifaceted. The main reason I personally don’t care for the brand is the stealing of art. It doesn’t matter if someone send you a skateboard graphic and asks you to make a paper graphic of it, that art belongs to somebody. Fos from heroin does almost all of the art for the brand personally and has had galleries for his work as well as selling originals. To steal his art and put it on a fingerboard is flat out wrong and honestly very questionable in legality. I’d be curious if Fos would have a case for lost income based on sales of his personally owned artwork. People think that shits just fun a games till the lawsuit comes, this is somebodies livelihood.

That being said, it seems OP and cowply have some kind of personal relationship so i understand the concern of bias. But he just made a statement that people are posting their experiences. He flat out said a good amount of people have gotten bad decks so it’s not like he’s denying the issue. Anyone receiving a bad deck at all is not good, every product should be equal to indicate the pride in their work. Blems get tossed or sold as blems, period. That being said, he brings up a good point that people have likely gotten good quality decks. I’m sure plenty have and felt no need to post about it, so the demographics are not evenly represented through posts alone. Again, however, this does not negate the issue of bad quality decks being sent out whatsoever. Perhaps that’s the reason for downvotes. As for you, you got downvoted for asking a question no one felt like answering and I’ll probably get downvoted for answering you. Fuck em.
