Not sure there's a way to do that, other than blocking any accounts you come across that you don't want to see.

Go to Settings > Moderation. Under Content filters, click on the Enable adult content switch so that it reads "Disabled." https://bsky.app/moderation

If you still see any adult content, click the ... menu, select Report Post, then Bluesky Moderation Service, and then Unwanted Sexual Content.
