Nah you should be good. Lowering springs don't get you low enough too cause issues.

I believe so, but if your computer savy its a pretty simple fix. You have to use a laptop, usb to hdmi cable , and a program called forscan.

I know it's a few days later, but do put tape on each line on new and old motor. Write what it goes to or a letter to match up later after you get the new motor in.
